Rebale Any Bales

Will easily de-bale round bales, any size.  The Chainless can handle any type of bale that you have on hand - balage, hay, straw, Luecerne, alfafa, etc.

Variable Rotors

Bales are teased apart by timed rotors.  The Chainless lays down a fluffed-up windrow which makes re-bailing easier and TMR mixing quicker.

Ez Remote Control

Making rebaling easy, the remote control valve can be positioned within a 160-degree arc to suit individual operator preference and provides improved visibility of the feed flow into the baler. The control levers are mounted on an arm to keep the operator outside the dust zone.

3:1 Rotor timing

The top rotor turns 3 times faster than bottom rotor – excellent teasing action provides fluffed up windrow reducing wastage > No troublesome feed chains to jam, stretch or break > Fully enclosed drive transmission protected from damage > Spiral timed teeth makes for smooth running.

Hypaflow Wiper

The Easy Clean Hypaflo Wiper Panel minimizes blockages and ensures there’s plenty of reach to feed hay into a variety of different pick-up types, be it onto a conveyor or directly into the baler pick-up.

Infinite Feed Control

Infinite variation in feed control gives the operator more control over how thick the flow of hay into the bale is, and more flexibility for the variation of different bale types

Polyethylene Floor

Hustler’s proven polyethylene platforms with ribbed design keep bales tracking straight and with 30% less friction than steel it reduces drag on the bale which makes feeding out sticky bales easier and it will never corrode. Polyethylene is impervious to UV, non-corrosive, and slippery to reduce drag and drive power, it is easily repairable and very shock resistant. Built-in bale guides help keep bales tracking straight.

Quick Release Wiper

A quick-release latch releases the wiper panel for easy cleaning in case of any build-up of material on the rotors

Axial Rotor

The addition of a new Axial Rotor with centralizing paddles keeps the bale positioned in the center of the feeding chamber to minimize wastage and provide better grip on soft bales.

Low Maintenance Drive

Hydraulic motor powered with outboard bearing blocks which are in a good position to keep clean and greased. Automatic drive chain tensioners mean no adjustment are necessary. Self aligning bearings are free-running and protected behind drive covers.

Protected Drives

Transmission covers protect against dust, mud, and debris getting at the heavy-duty drive system which reduces maintenance.

Adjustable Platform Height

The adjustable height platform allows for the SX105 to rebale the wider variety of bales than any other rebaling system

Rotor Design

Many hours of research and development have gone into the shape of the teeth to makes them clean easier, and have more aggression on tight bales. The Chainless SX105 rebaler has 5 teeth per rotor to provide extra grip on soft bales.
